  • Do you also deliver outside the EU?

Mostly yes. Contact us and tell us your country. We will find a solution! Due to the worldwide pandemic situation, new shipping restrictions have been introduced. That's why we no longer ship "automatically" outside the EU. There are also some items that are not suitable for a long way shipping. 

  • What do I have to do if goods arrive damaged?

If there is any damage in transit, please contact us immediately and send us a photo of the damaged item. You will receive a replacement product or a refund based on availability.

  • I don't like the goods... can I return them?

You have 2 weeks to return goods to us without a reason. The goods must be unused, in the original packaging and undamaged. After receipt and inspection of the goods, you will be refunded your purchase price in the same way as you paid. 

  • Does the return shipping cost anything?

If the goods are not damaged or have other defects, you will bear the costs of the return shipment. Please make sure that the packaging is shockproof and that you allow 2 weeks for the return. After that we can no longer accept returns.

  • I ordered and found something else! Can I save a shipping fee?

Get in touch with us quickly... maybe your package is still there. Then we pack everything together and you get a shipping fee refunded.

  • Do you pack with paper or plastic?

We attach great importance to paper and cardboard, in general to sustainability. Some things need shockproof bubble wrap or other useful helpers so that everything arrives safely.
