Do you also deliver overseas outside the EU?

Mostly yes. Contact us and tell us your country. We will find a solution! Due to the turmoil of the world situation, new shipping restrictions have been introduced. That's why we no longer "automatically" ship overseas except the USA. There are also some items that are not suitable for long shipping. 

What do I have to do if goods arrive damaged?

If there is any damage in transit, please contact us immediately and send us a photo of the damaged item. You will receive a replacement product or a refund based on availability.

I want to send something back... can I return it?

You have 2 weeks to return goods to our location in Austria without giving a reason. The goods must be unused, in the original packaging and undamaged. After receipt and inspection of the goods, you will be refunded your purchase price in the same way as you paid.

Does the return shipping cost anything?

If the goods are not damaged or have other defects, you will bear the costs of the return shipment. Please make sure that the packaging is shockproof and that you allow 2 weeks for the return.

I ordered and found something else! Can I save a shipping fee?

Get in touch with us quickly... maybe your package is still there. Then we pack everything together and you get a shipping fee refunded.

Do you pack with paper or plastic?

We attach great importance to paper and cardboard, in general to sustainability. Some things need shockproof bubble wrap or other useful helpers so that everything arrives safely.

Do I have to pay customs when I receive the goods?

If you are within the EU, there are no customs costs. We ship directly from Austria. Outside the EU, customs costs may apply, which you as the recipient must pay and which vary from country to country.

How quickly do you process my order?

Your order will be processed immediately and usually on the same day (working day). You will then receive a shipping confirmation and can track the shipment.

I don't want to pay "on the internet". How else can I pay?

No problem, you can also pay in advance or invoice (Klarna). If you pay in advance (Money Order), you have up to a maximum of 3 working days to transfer the invoice amount to us in advance. As soon as your money arrives, we will ship immediately. You will receive our bank details with the order confirmation and you can also find them under our “Payment options” section.
